R.L. Design & Build Ltd is a London-based construction and development company specialising in prime and high-end residential refurbishment, renovation and bespoke new-build projects.

For more than 30 years, we have delivered carefully considered homes across London, combining practical construction expertise with a strong understanding of design, detail and craftsmanship. As a family run business, we take a highly personal approach to every project, working closely with clients, consultants and designers from the earliest stages through to completion.

Our experience spans all aspects of construction, from structural and substructure works through to the final finishes and bespoke joinery. This full-scope understanding allows us to approach projects pragmatically, resolve challenges efficiently and ensure that design intent is carried through properly during construction.
